Missed-call detection
A missed-call recovery workflow begins when an inbound dental call or follow-up opportunity was not completed through normal office handling.
Methodology
The methodology is intentionally plain. It explains what the proof means, what it excludes, and why public reporting stays aggregate.
What LIZ is
LIZ is a dental missed-call recovery system. It works after an office misses an inbound call by following up with the caller, capturing patient intent, preparing a staff-ready handoff and supporting downstream outcome tracking.
LIZ is not designed to replace the front desk or function as a generic AI receptionist.
Measurement standard
The methodology is intentionally plain. It explains what the proof means, what it excludes, and why public reporting stays aggregate.
A missed-call recovery workflow begins when an inbound dental call or follow-up opportunity was not completed through normal office handling.
An opportunity must show patient intent that could reasonably be recovered into an office workflow.
Spam, irrelevant contacts, non-patient inquiries, duplicate noise, and unsupported assumptions should not be counted as recovered opportunities.
Recovery means the opportunity was moved from missed or stalled status into a follow-up path that produced an office-visible next step.
Came-in status is verified by the office, not inferred from marketing copy or private messages.
Production is associated only where office records support the connection to a verified came-in patient.
When the evidence is ambiguous, public proof should choose the lower defensible count.
The current proof reflects observed pilot results, not universal performance guarantees.
Dental pilot results
At two offices where downstream outcomes were verified, 68 recovered patients were confirmed as having come in, with $106,791.83 in associated production.
Results reflect the observed pilot and do not guarantee future performance. Associated production should not be interpreted as incremental revenue attributable solely to LIZ.
