Data handling
Recovery data should be treated as controlled operational evidence, not public marketing material.
Trust
Public LIZ evidence is reported in aggregate. We do not publish patient names, phone numbers, private communications, notes, or patient-level records as marketing proof.
What LIZ is
LIZ is a dental missed-call recovery system. It works after an office misses an inbound call by following up with the caller, capturing patient intent, preparing a staff-ready handoff and supporting downstream outcome tracking.
LIZ is not designed to replace the front desk or function as a generic AI receptionist.
Trust
Security, privacy, and aggregate public proof practices for dental missed-call recovery.
Recovery data should be treated as controlled operational evidence, not public marketing material.
Patient communication, staff handoff, and office verification belong inside appropriate operational access controls.
Public proof uses aggregate office-level outcomes and excludes patient-identifiable details.
Dental pilot results
At two offices where downstream outcomes were verified, 68 recovered patients were confirmed as having come in, with $106,791.83 in associated production.
Results reflect the observed pilot and do not guarantee future performance. Associated production should not be interpreted as incremental revenue attributable solely to LIZ.
